For a couple more weeks Peter Coyote can be caught on FOX's "The Inside," but after that he'll be over on ABC's "Commander In Chief" playing the vice presidential nominee chosen by Geena Davis' President Mackenzie Allen.

Jason Wiles ("Third Watch") has also been added to the cast in a recurring role as the first female president's deputy press secretary.

The casting of Coyote and Wiles follows on the recent addition of Natasha Henstridge as President Allen's main political rival's (Donald Sutherland) chief of staff.

Created by writer/director Rob Lurie ("The Contender") the cast also features Kyle Secor, Ever Carradine and Leslie Hope.
